Michael Peacock was born in Palm Beach County where he stayed through college, attending Palm Beach Atlantic University obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree. He graduated law school from Western Michigan University Cooley Law in Lansing, Michigan with a concentration in litigation.
During his last semester at law school, he moved back to Palm Beach county and became a legal intern for the Guardian ad Litem program of Florida. His duties at GAL were to represent the best interests of children in the foster system and other abused and neglected children.
Mr. Peacock moved to Brevard County in 2012 and began working at an insurance defense firm representing insurance carriers in personal injury, property damage, and personal injury protection matters.
He joined a large personal injury firm in 2015 focusing on personal injury litigation, using his experience as an insurance defense attorney to represent the injured against those companies. After gaining valuable experience in the corporate world, he decided to bring that experience and found Peacock & Abergel to help our community with all legal matters with a personalized touch.
Mr. Peacock is heavily involved in the local community as an active member, and past president, of the Rotary club of Indialantic and also on the Board of Directors of Brevard Cultural Alliance.
